With a doctorate cum laude in hedonism, he demands that art be fun and profound and, if possible, loaded with subtle humour. Taboos should let the light in. Fashions should be silenced. Traditions should mutate relentlessly. Laws, written or unwritten, should leave him alone. And the living should find him, love him and shelter him.

I am a teacher, certified NLP practitioner, certified mindfulness trainer, 3P coach... but more than anything else, I am a curious person who wants to learn new ways of seeing the world and have new experiences. That curiosity has led me to explore the world of my emotions through the arts: painting, music, theatre, photography and writing, and then along more spiritual paths from the West to the East.

I continued my artistic and theatrical training with the TAC group. I created entertainment and theatre groups, performing in different artistic disciplines, theatre, magic and mime in many venues. I am constantly training in my two passions: magic and theatre. I teach courses in mime, body language, theatre and magic at different entertainment schools, the UJI, the CEFIRE and in different companies and organisations.

During my training, I have learned many dance styles, but the ones I have trained in most are urban dances, mainly hip hop, as well as other styles such as Afro (African dances), dancehall, house, bogo, etc.
I trained at nationally recognised academies such as Hombre Dance Studio and Dance Centre Valencia, and internationally at the Millennium Dance Complex academy in Los Angeles.
I am currently continuing my training at Home Dance Studio and teaching at Fun& Dance in Valencia.

Her first contact with the world of theatre was in secondary school, thanks to a teacher who loved theatre and encouraged them to set up the first amateur theatre group at the school.
Little by little, her profession as a senior technician in sociocultural animation and her appreciation for the performing arts led her to set up several theatre, short film and acting classes in different schools in the province.
She received theatre training at the Carles Pons theatre classroom at the UJI, training in mask, Meisner technique, oral narration, voice and singing. From 2012 to the present, she has worked as an actress in various theatre productions and school campaigns, many of them aimed at family audiences.

From a psychological and textual approach to the practice of dramatic art, I discovered a pedagogy of theatrical creation based on the body as a
poetic and expressive tool within Jacques Lecoq's so-called "Physical or Gestural Theatre". The connection between the two transformed my view of how to perform on stage within the creative process as an actress.
From my experience as an actress-creator, student, director and teacher, I found myself researching what limited, blocked or revealed me when dealing with uncomfortable feelings and sensations on stage, in the construction of a character or in the craft of movement, and I decided to see these processes of transformation as an opportunity to accompany anyone who needed to discover themselves.
In this way, acting and emotional training guided towards personal and artistic growth, framed within theatrical fiction, theatrical play and freedom of movement, uncovers the unconscious and awakens our most subtle creative powers and impulses with a sense of ease, form and beauty.
The basis of my work stems from the authenticity deep within the human being, as a journey of self-discovery, to make room for, by remembering, all that we already are.
Curriculum Vitae I began my training in Dramatic Arts at the Off Valencia School of Theatre and Film. I have a degree in Gestural Interpretation from the Royal School of Dramatic Arts in Madrid, a diploma in Jacques Lecoq Pedagogy from the International Laboratory of the Actor in Movement and I am a producer of audiovisuals, radio and shows. I work as an actress, performer, producer, playwright, director and teacher in a professional and interdisciplinary manner, always combining gesture, words, dance, interpretation and performance in my stage creations.
In 2013, I created and wrote a personal project, Heroin, based on Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle, and travelled with it to the Itself Festival in Warsaw (Poland).
I have collaborated with great masters of the theatrical craft such as Pepa Gómez, Ana Vázquez de Castro, Tessa Rubio, José Luís Raymond, David Trueba, Sol Garre, Silvia de Pe, Diego Domínguez and Lluís Fornés. I specialise in masks, commedia dell'arte, buffoons, tragedy and clowning. Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in professional theatre companies such as Grietas, Cóctel Molotov, Manufactures, Els Comediants and Sphota!Teatro. In 2019, I directed Mintaka Escuela de Artes in Picanya (Valencia) and was part of the Gudua Deisdea team in Josep Carles Laínez's play Berlín, in which I played Eva Braun.
Currently, I collaborate with and coordinate projects at Óscar Cortés Therapeutic Theatre.

I have photographed more than 250 concerts and 300 performing arts shows. I have had my own performing arts venue in Barcelona (programming, photographing, and experiencing more than 100 events). I have taken promotional photographs for music groups, theatre/dance companies, town councils and private companies. I have covered some of the most important music festivals in Spain: Primavera Sound, Viña Rock, BBK life, Cruïlla, Cambrirock, Mas i Mas Festival, BarnaSants... I have been published in the press: Time Out, El Mundo, Artezblai, La Vanguardia, Nomepierdoniuna, Deceroadoce, RedEscena, Levante EMV, Mediterráneo, El Periòdic, Revista Basic, Turismo de Castellón, Espai Menut, El Punt, A9B, etc.
I am currently the Official Photographer for: FitCarrer. Vila-real International Street Theatre Festival Fes La Vall d'Uixò. Vall D'Uixò Performing Arts Festival. Fes Tales. La Sierra de Espadán Performing Arts Festival. Albalat en Dansa. Albalat dels Sorells Dance Festival. Vila-real en Dansa. Vila-real Short Dance Festival. Feslida. Eslida Performing Arts Festival.
